SELECTION PROCESS
GROUP INTERVIEW
Pakeeza Corporation frequently carries out, group interviews to shortlist candidates. In this way, Pakeeza Corporation officials meet a group of 20-30 pre-screened candidates. Each session lasts for about two hours. After each group session is complete, the Pakeeza Corporation officials evaluate the individuals; rejects the ones whose presentation is poor at the same time as the rest are called for a one to one interview.
INDIVIDUAL INTERVIEW
In this style of interviews, the delegates meet the pre-screened candidates on a one to one basis. This is where the delegates interview the short listed candidates. The number of interviews per day depends on the style of the interviews of the delegate, the category required, and the number of candidates required.
FINAL INTERVIEW
Depending on the requirement of the client, the Final Interviews can be conducted either by Pakeeza Corporation officials or the client’s delegates, although Pakeeza Corporation prefers that the client’s delegates be there in the final interview.
