INFORMATION REQUIRED FROM EMPLOYER

The following information is required to initiate the recruitment procedure.

  • Summarized details about the project.
  • Place of work.
  • Category in which workers are required.
  • Number of workers required in each category.
  • Detailed job description of each category.
  • Minimum qualification and experience required for each category.
  • Salary, facilities & other terms offered to the employees.
  • Duration of the contract.
  • About food, accommodation and other facilities/amenities provided to the workers.
  • Date by which the workers are required at the site.
  • Other specifications or any other terms offered to the workers.
  • Duration for which the visas or entry permit is to be processed.


DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED FROM THE CLIENT

  • Agency agreement
  • Manpower requirement order
  • Detailed job specification
  • Power of attorney
  • Attested by Pakistani embassy
  • Employment contract
  • Visa authorisation letter to the consulate
  • C.R. Copy
  • Original visa slip required only for recruitment to Saudi Arabia
  • Copy of the visa


RECEIPT OF MANPOWER REQUIREMENTS

  • Verification of salary & other employment terms offered to the workers
  • Verification of recruitment fees & terms Top
  • If not found sufficient candidates in the data bank, advertise through proper news papers & media and head hunt until sufficient CV's are procured
  • Screening of candidates and lining up of sufficient candidates as per the client's specification
  • Prepare for final interview
  • Client conducts interview of authorizes agent to conduct table interview
  • If required conducts practical trade testing
  • Candidates undergoes medical examination
  • Candidates selection is finalized
  • Signs employment contract
  • Prepares all documents required for visa processing
  • Receive visas & necessary documents attested from the Pakistani embassy, for the mobilization of the workers.
  • Completing immigration formalities
  • Completing air ticketing & reservation
  • Collection of local fees and forwarding bills to the client
